Advance Transportation Systems, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Truckload Operations Coordinator in Cincinnati.

You will manage daily truckload freight from quote to delivery, sell and track shipments, and build strong customer partnerships in a fast-growing family-owned business. The role emphasizes proactive communication with customers and carriers, rate negotiations, and collaboration with sales and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, operations, or account management.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily truckload operations from quote to delivery.
• Sell, quote, track, and coordinate shipments.

The Logistics Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in executing daily truckload freight operations and managing customer relationships. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems in real time, building strong partnerships, and managing our customer’s shipping from pickup to delivery.
