You will manage daily truckload freight from quote to delivery, sell and track shipments, and build strong customer partnerships in a fast-growing family-owned business. The role emphasizes proactive communication with customers and carriers, rate negotiations, and collaboration with sales and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, operations, or account management.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily truckload operations from quote to delivery.
• Sell, quote, track, and coordinate shipments.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with customers, carriers, and shippers.
• Negotiate rates and close freight opportunities.
• Solve problems quickly when challenges arise.
• Build and maintain long term customer relationships.
• Offer strategic supply chain solutions to grow accounts.
• Collaborate closely with sales and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
