Advance Transportation Systems, Inc. in Cincinnati is seeking a Logistics Truckload Operations Coordinator to advance our customer shipments from pickup to delivery. This role emphasizes problem solving, relationship building, and hands-on operations in a fast-growing, family-owned freight environment.

You will manage daily truckload operations, quote and coordinate shipments, negotiate rates, and collaborate with sales and carriers to deliver superior service, while growing key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (not required).
• Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, operations, and account management.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.

About the Position

The Logistics Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in executing daily truckload freight operations and managing customer relationships. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems in real time, building strong partnerships, and managing our customer’s shipping from pickup to delivery.
