Job summary

Arrive Logistics in Austin seeks a Client Success Associate to manage daily load operations and serve existing and new client accounts. You will focus on load building, scheduling appointments, and tracking shipments while providing updates internally and externally.

You will work across departments, stay detail-oriented, and deliver proactive, solutions-driven service to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and demonstrated commitment to work ethic.
• Fast-paced, high-pressure environment multitasking ability.
• Polished verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to take verbal and written instructions and execute confidently.
• Detail and process oriented with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage load board daily with data entry, load building, scheduling and closing loads.
• Build loads for customer accounts with accuracy and timeliness.
• Obtain pickup and delivery appointments from shippers/consignees.
• Deliver timely updates to Carrier reps and customers for shipments.
• Proactively communicate with customers when shipments are delayed.
