Arrive Logistics in Austin, TX is seeking a Carrier Account Representative to grow carrier partnerships and deliver best-in-class service for our customers. You’ll thrive in a high-energy, collaborative environment and build your career with a supportive training program.

You’ll complete classroom training on ARRIVEnow, work with mentors, develop relationships with carriers nationwide, meet KPIs such as on-time deliveries and proactive tracking, and advance with ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or related field.
• Strong communication with phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Ability to build relationships with carriers, customers, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow relationships with carrier partners to service our customers’ needs.
• Provide best-in-class service and proactive support to carriers and clients.
• Meet KPIs such as on-time deliveries and proactive tracking.
