Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Logistics Specialist to ensure shipments move reliably while maintaining on-site operations. You will oversee inbound/outbound planning, bookings, and carrier performance, coordinating with warehouses and internal teams to resolve exceptions and track ETAs.

The role requires 2–5 years in transportation logistics, strong Excel/ERP/TMS skills, and the ability to manage escalations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in transportation logistics or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ERP/TMS experience required (Oracle/OTM preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to manage escalations.
• Organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee control board on-site with logistics coordinator to plan daily Inbound and Outbound shipments.
• Manage shipment bookings and execution for assigned lanes or carriers.
• Ensure carrier compliance with service requirements and on-time pick-ups/deliveries.
• Communicate with warehouses and internal teams to coordinate special requests and exceptions.
• Track in-transit shipments, provide ETAs, and escalate delays to carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Support carrier performance reporting and issue resolution.
• Train and coach Logistics Coordinators in best practices.
