ARL is a ground-floor transportation and logistics network where you will start by learning how freight moves through the system. You will be guided by terminal agents and internal teams, building a practical foundation in operations from day one.

No prior transportation experience is required, only organization, dependability, and a strong desire to learn. This role emphasizes training, onboarding, and growth within a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with email, spreadsheets, and learning new software.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and reliable follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Learn our terminals, teams, and how freight moves through the network.
• Track trucks, trailers, and equipment: where it is, who has it, and its condition.
• Help keep driver records organized and current.
• Support the team with scheduling, data entry, and follow-up.
• Own equipment inventory for assigned terminals as you grow.
• Assist agents in finding and hiring drivers and onboarding new hires.
