Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a detail-oriented logistics assistant to support shipping, receiving, and delivery documentation. You will track service performance and assist with operational reporting.

You will interact with internal and external customers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help ensure accuracy in dock operations, sequencing, and inventory controls. OT may be required due to rotating shift schedules and business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 1–3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing, producing, and reconciling shipping, receiving, and delivery documents; track service performance.
• Collect and prepare information for operational reporting and data tracking.
• Interact with internal and external customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support dock operations, including inbound load check-in, shipment monitoring, sequencing, and documentation accuracy.
• Conduct pick floor walks to drive efficiency and compliance.
• Support slot sequencing, re-slotting, and monitor out-of-stock (OOS) conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
