Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking an Associate to support transportation strategy improvements within our Logistics Operations Center. You will manage outbound scheduling, monitor line hauls, negotiate spot freight, and drive cross-functional communication for seamless shipping across our network.

Responsibilities include recovery planning for outbound loads, coordinating with DCs, 3PLs, cross docks, and vendors, and driving continuous improvements to service levels and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2 years of experience delivering analytical solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support transportation scheduling and outbound strategy across DCs, 3PLs, cross docks, and vendors.
• Monitor service level metrics and recovery plans for outbound loads.
• Analyze real-time data to provide contingency action plans.
• Lead exception management to protect customer experience.
• Coordinate relabeling and customer communication updates.
