Job summary

Amylu Foods, headquartered in Chicago, seeks a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to optimize freight and transportation programs. Hybrid role with four days in the office and one day remote, start time as early as 6am. Responsible for analytics, reporting, carrier performance, and cost control to support rapid growth.

Ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in a related field and strong Excel/TMS experience to drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience in logistics, transportation, freight coordination, or supply chain analysis is preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Manage transportation coordination and load execution for key customer accounts.
Monitor shipment activity, appointment scheduling, and carrier performance to ensure timely deliveries.
Serve as a liaison between carriers, internal operations, customer service, and warehouse teams.
Proactively identify and resolve transportation or service-related issues.
Maintain logistics data and prepare timeliness and performance reports.
Support cost control initiatives and freight optimization.
