Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in administrative, office management, logistics, transportation, or operations support roles.
• Experience supervising office staff preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily office operations and administrative personnel.
• Ensure accurate completion of customer reports, operational documentation, payroll, billing, and driver records.
• Serve as a liaison between operations, drivers, customers, HR, Payroll, and Corporate departments.
• Support daily transportation operations through reporting, data entry, scheduling, and issue resolution.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and DOT documentation standards.
