Job summary

SWCA Environmental Consultants seeks a Logistics Specialist for Lombard, IL operations. You will support the Operations Administrator with office administration, travel logistics, document production, and project coordination while serving as a safety representative when needed.

The role is hybrid and 40 hours per week, non-exempt. Based in Lombard, IL, you will coordinate field staff logistics, manage supplies, organize records, and help ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma (or GED).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive multiple vehicle types.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program and project logistics for staff and fieldwork.
• Arrange travel, vehicles, equipment, and supplies; manage safety forms and expense receipts.
• Develop relationships with leads and directors for planning; support scheduling.
• Handle office tasks: supplies, mail, meetings, expense reporting, and records.
