Job summary

Qualifications

• Communication: strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.
• Computer: basic computer skills with Microsoft Office familiarity.
• Organization: manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: retail fulfillment, replenishment, stocking, merchandising or distribution preferred.
• Working conditions: ability to stand, climb, lift up to 30 lb, and work varied hours.
• Schedule: flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide world class service.
• Receive, inspect, and organize merchandise according to standards.
• Label, stock, and display items on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Process eCommerce orders for shipping and handle returns.
• Maintain clean, safe back-of-house and sales areas.
• Assist with price changes, promotions, and merchandising bulletins.
• Provide feedback on operational and merchandising opportunities.
