Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Materials & Logistics Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations in our manufacturing environment.

The role is fully cross-trained across materials, logistics, inventory, and related processes to ensure smooth product flow from receipt of raw materials to shipment of finished goods. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and capable of balancing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
• Basic computer skills with data entry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Ability to prioritize daily responsibilities and work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and generate shipping documentation for outbound shipments.
• Communicate shipment status and tracking information to customers via daily emails.
• Maintain the Live Shipping Schedule and update it throughout the day.
• Enter shipped product lot information into traceability systems for compliance.
• Receive finished products into Finished Goods Inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Coordinate supplier and internal RMAs and maintain organization of the materials warehouse.
