Job summary

WIN Reality, LLC is seeking a Logistics & Manufacturing Analyst to own daily outbound shipping, inventory reconciliation, and 3PL coordination for our Irvine and Santa Ana operations. You’ll work hands-on in warehouses and on the factory floor, ensuring kits ship complete and on time while supporting manufacturing test lines.

You’ll partner with contract manufacturers and brokers to optimize inbound/outbound flows, document shipments, and drive cost-saving improvements.

Qualifications

• Realtime spreadsheet proficiency to reconcile inventory and shipments.
• Experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehouse operations or supply chain.
• Comfort in a warehouse and on a factory floor; onsite in Irvine/Santa Ana 2–3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Daily outbound shipping and fulfillment from ShipStation.
• Coordinate pallet plan with 3PL warehouse manager and manage stock movements.
• Inventory reconciliation across 3PL, contract manufacturer, and in‑transit stock.
• Manage 3PL and contract manufacturer coordination, inbound receipts, and photo/documentation of shipments.
• Build and dispatch install shipments, cross-check against site plans, and resolve mismatches.
• Maintain carrier/broker accounts and review invoices for billing accuracy and cost savings.
• Provide weekly leadership updates on shipments, in transit, shortages, and risks.
• Support test line reporting and basic troubleshooting on the production floor.
