• Fill in for absent personnel and work on projects to optimize fleet operations and profitability.
• Learn to train drivers and staff on internal and customer systems.
• Analyze KPIs and present customer-specific reporting and financial analysis.
• Assist in inventory and driver assignment to balance equipment in market.
• Support payroll, budgeting, invoicing, and operational reporting tasks.
• Maintain safety culture and ensure DOT compliance and safety requirements.
