Requirements include a Bachelor's in Business/Marketing or related field and 3 years of management experience with a Big Box retailer. Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience with a Big Box retailer preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to direct and motivate a diverse population that includes full- time and part-time team members.
• Demonstrated ability to act decisively with implementing solutions, planning and delegating tasks, monitoring and achieving goals, and responding to change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Warehouse Team activities including daytime receiving, yard operations, return to vendor programs, pick pack and ship, and backroom ownership.
• Oversee Freight Team activities including receiving deliveries, staging incoming deliveries, splitting trucks, and stocking as needed.
• Oversee Stocking Team to ensure staged product is stocked to correct planogram locations and presented according to standard, including back stock.
• Collaborate with human resources to ensure logistics areas are staffed with qualified Team Leads and Team Members.
• Teach, train, coach, develop, and mentor your team to ensure consistent execution.
• Promote Fleet Farm customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
