Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3 years of management experience with a Big Box retailer preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Warehouse Team activities: receiving, yard operations, return to vendor programs, pick/pack and ship, backroom ownership.
• Oversee Freight Team activities: receiving deliveries, staging incoming deliveries, splitting trucks, stocking as needed.
• Oversee Stocking Team to ensure staged product is stocked to planogram locations and presented per standard, including back stock.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure logistics areas are staffed with qualified Team Leads and Team Members.
• Teach, train, coach, develop, and mentor your team to ensure consistent execution.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
