Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of experience in management, transportation/logistics, or related field
• Willing to travel to account and customer locations; able to work nights/weekends

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage a small driver count and non-traditional shifts, ensuring safe and timely freight movement
• Build relationships with drivers and external carriers to optimize fleet operations
• Assist with payroll, budgets, invoicing, and KPI reporting
• Plan loads, routes, and monitor freight movement to meet customer requirements
• Maintain safety culture and DOT compliance
