Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
5 years of experience in logistics/warehouse management in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of U.S. and international shipping processes, safety regulations, and DOT knowledge preferred.
Experience managing 3PL offsite warehouses.
Experience with internal and external audits.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain shipping schedules to meet business needs and budgets.
Maintain on-time delivery metrics and address customer complaints.
Ensure carriers meet regulatory requirements for domestic and international shipments.
Oversee raw materials and finished goods inventory; manage warehouse locations.
Lead safety programs, training, and performance improvement.
