Job summary

Regal Technology Partners Inc. is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee Stockroom, Shipping, and Receiving operations at our Santa Ana facility.

You will drive accurate material movement while maintaining compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, NISPOM, ITAR, EAR, and related regulations. The role leads leads and associates, fosters continuous improvement, and coordinates secure handling of classified shipments in partnership with the Facility Security Officer.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
Minimum of 4 years in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in EMS/defense/aerospace manufacturing preferred.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance (Secret or higher) preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee Stockroom, Shipping, and Receiving operations and ensure accurate movement of materials.
Ensure outbound shipments comply with customer and regulatory requirements including ITAR where applicable.
Manage carrier relationships and freight logistics to optimize cost and delivery performance.
Coordinate classified outbound shipments per NISPOM and DD Form 254 requirements and DCSA rules.
Lead and develop Stockroom, Shipping, and Receiving teams; provide coaching and performance feedback.
Collaborate with Quality, Purchasing, Production to improve efficiency and accountability.
