Job summary

CFD Research Corporation is seeking a Logistics / Receiving Inspection professional to ensure compliance with AS9100 QMS, manage government property, and supervise material traceability within an Aerospace/Defense environment. This 100% onsite role in Hollywood, AL supports ERP implementations and process improvements across quality, logistics, and inventory functions.

The position requires a minimum of five years in logistics or related fields, experience with government property, and strong

Qualifications

Minimum five years of experience in logistics, warehouse, supply chain, quality, property or inventory management.
Experience supporting AS9100 quality systems preferred.
Experience in aerospace/defense/government environments preferred.
Knowledge of government property management practices.

Responsibilities

Support and follow AS9100 QMS processes.
Manage government property per contractual/regulatory requirements.
Perform receiving inspections and ensure quality compliance.
Coordinate shipping, receiving and warehouse operations.
Maintain inspection checklists and quality documentation.
Maintain calibration inventory and records for audits.
Coordinate calibration schedules with internal/external teams.
Support ERP implementation through data entry and system validation.
Help establish and improve quality, logistics and inventory processes.
Ensure material traceability throughout the supply chain.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and program management to meet requirements.
