Job summary

Flexcar is hiring a Logistics Manager (Exempt) in El Monte, onsite, to own planning and execution of cross-market vehicle shipments. You will build and manage carrier networks, monitor shipments end to end, and drive cost efficiency with on-time delivery.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Fleet and offers a $72,000–$92,000 salary plus a 15% target bonus and full benefits from day one. You will lead carrier selection, resolve exceptions, safeguard invoicing accuracy, and maintain shipment

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail for invoices and delivery windows.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with carriers and teams.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in numbers, spreadsheets, and data-driven decisions.
• Highly organized, able to juggle many shipments concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule cross-market and intra-market vehicle shipments to meet timelines.
• Select carriers balancing price, on-time performance, and availability.
• Monitor shipments end-to-end and intervene to avoid delays.
• Verify invoices match agreed rates and reconcile discrepancies.
• Own carrier relationships and drive performance reviews and expansions.
