Flexcar is seeking a Fleet Support Specialist in El Monte, CA to keep the fleet legal, on the road, and safe by supporting registration lifecycles and recall response. You will work with teams across markets, communicate with customers, and provide leadership updates.

The role requires coordinating recalls, registrations, and customer communications with a focus on accuracy and timely actions across sites. Strong attention to detail and comfort with technology are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience handling recall processes and vehicle holds.
• Ensuring registrations meet state requirements and renewals are timely.
• Communicating with customers and internal teams effectively.
• Maintaining accurate fleet and registration data.

Responsibilities

• Recall: place holds and track repairs through completion.
• Registration & Titling: verify compliance and process renewals.
• Customer & Site: inform customers about registrations and ship plates/materials.
• Inventory: manage fleet registration stock and related supplies.
• Support: back up on vehicle checklists and fee processing when needed.
