Job summary

• Monitor shipping schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Analyze logistics data and KPIs to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with transportation providers and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, customer service, and sales teams to optimize supply chain performance.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate logistics staff and warehouse personnel.
• Manage logistics budgets and control transportation and warehousing expenses.
• Resolve shipping, delivery, and inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
