• Analyze operational performance, identify issues, and implement process improvements.
• Manage 3PL warehouse providers through KPI evaluations and operational reviews.
• Coordinate WMS/OMS integrations and optimize warehouse operating processes.
• Conduct operational assessments and onboarding of new warehouse partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, parcel operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Experience with e-commerce fulfillment, cross-border logistics, or third-party logistics (3PL).
• Familiarity with warehouse systems (WMS/OMS) and logistics operational processes.
• Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (Chinese is required for internal collaboration).
• Bachelor's degree or above (strong experience may be considered in lieu of education).
• U.S. work authorization required (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder).
• Willingness to travel as business requires.

Overseas Parcel Operations Manager

• Manage the operational performance of company-owned last-mile carrier accounts across the U.S.
• Monitor pickup capacity, shipment visibility, on-time delivery, delivery success rate, loss & damage performance, and carrier claims.
• Identify operational issues, provide solutions, and continuously improve service quality.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure smooth warehouse-to-carrier handoffs.
• Support new carrier onboarding, system integration, pilot operations, and nationwide rollout.
• Manage carrier account security and account lifecycle.
