Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in logistics and must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English. A bachelor's degree is required, and U.S. work authorization is necessary.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Experience with e-commerce fulfillment or third-party logistics (3PL).
• Familiarity with warehouse systems (WMS/OMS) and logistics processes.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across multiple overseas warehouse partners.
• Drive improvements in productivity and operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational performance and implement improvements.
• Manage 3PL warehouse providers through KPI evaluations.
• Coordinate WMS/OMS integrations and optimize warehouse processes.
