Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a logistics professional to maintain asset visibility and catalog data across PBUSE and SRAs. You will respond to catalog requests, ensure proper MCN application, and support Army AESIP research with non-standard data.

Responsibilities include maintaining catalogs, coordinating with customers and vendors, and performing other logistics duties as assigned. Strong attention to detail and Army knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented, capable of precise cataloging and data accuracy.
• Experience in logistics with emphasis on asset visibility and cataloging.
• Familiarity with Army Pamphlets 708-1 & 708-2 and FEDLOG/FLIS.
• Knowledge of PBUSE and AESIP systems and related LINs.
• Ability to work independently on standalone projects.

Responsibilities

• Asset Visibility/Cataloging: respond to queries verbally or in writing.
• Maintain local catalog data supporting PBUSE and SRAs.
• Ensure MCNs are applied per Army regs.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and agencies for data.
• Perform other logistics duties as assigned.

Duties to include - Asset Visibility/Cataloging: Responds to queries verbally or in writing utilizing both secure and non-secure communications. Prepares and/or receives and actions catalog requests. Supports the operation of an Army AESIP Research Cell for identifying, developing and perpetuating non-standard catalog data to support customer requirements. Communicates and coordinates with other Army AESIP Research Cells as required to determine the optimum catalog solution for non-standard equipment requirements. Maintains a local catalog database that supports both the Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) and Stock Record Accounts (SRAs). Ensures that Management Control Numbers (MCNs) are properly cataloged and applied to non-standard, non-expendable material in accordance with applicable Army regulations and policies. Communicates with customers, vendors, and other agencies to identify and/or obtain information required to apply proper catalog data. Performs other logistics related duties as assigned.

Full-Time Salary Range: $53900.00 - $100100.00
