Lockheed Martin in Tampa, FL is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst to support the SOF GLSS contract, performing classified duties across multiple Special Operations groups.
Responsibilities include property management, inventory, data entry into LIS, and ensuring compliance with DoD policies. US citizenship and security clearance required.
Controls the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives. Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions. Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.

Comprehensive knowledge of DoD policy relating
Supply Chain, Property, and Inventory (e.g.,
DoD4100.39, 4140.01, 4160.21, 4160.28,
5000.64,8320.04, etc.). General knowledge of
governing DoD and Service supply chain logistic
support systems, i.e., Federal Logistics
Information System (FLIS), FEDLOG, Army
Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP),
H2 Federal Supply Classification (FSC), H6 Item
Name Directory, Logistics Modernization Program
(LMP), Global Combat Support System - Marine
Corps / Army(GCSS-MC and GCSS-A), and
Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS)
formally Defense Property Accountability System
(DPAS).Wide-ranging understanding of
interoperability between all services supply chain
data management. Be able to lift a minimum of
40 pounds unassisted. Be able to travel to
Continental/Contiguous United States (CONUS) /
Outside of the Continental/Contiguous United States (OCONUS)as required. Candidate must
have Top Secret Clearance, and be able
obtain and maintain any other clearance required by the customer) upon hire to remain employed in this role.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
completing multiple tasks and meeting stringent
deadlines. Possess intermediate skill level of
Microsoft products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
Outlook, and SharePoint (web portal). Familiar
with Special Operations Logistics Management
System (SOLMAN). Familiar with Enterprise
Logistics Management System (ELMS) formally
Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00
