Job Description: Logistics Maintenance Technician I

Join us at Art and Wellness Enterprises as a Logistics Maintenance Technician I. This on-site role is based in Bentonville, Arkansas, and reports to the Manager of Logistics.

Position Overview

This role involves supporting daily maintenance and upkeep of campus facilities, assisting with projects related to events, and ensuring a clean, safe environment. Responsibilities include repairs, installations, inspections, preventative maintenance, and supporting various building systems and outdoor features.

Key Responsibilities

• Support logistical movement, setup, and maintenance of event and facility equipment.
• Maintain the warehouse and inventory.
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, fabrication, and installations.
• Support scheduled maintenance and special projects.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot building systems.
• Assist with inspections and maintain water features and outdoor equipment.
• Escort external contractors and ensure safety protocols.
• Perform general maintenance tasks, including carpentry and painting.
• Participate in cross-training and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of building systems and use of hand/power tools.
• Ability to operate equipment like forklifts and lifts.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with adaptability.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
