• Willingness to regionally relocate depending on account assignment.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build positive relationships with drivers and safe carriers.
• Fill in for absent staff and assist with fleet operations and profitability.
• Train drivers and staff on internal systems and processes.
• Improve fleet efficiency and profitability; present performance reports.
• Coordinate loads, routing, and delivery to meet customer requirements.
• Learn to manage yard, maintenance scheduling, and safety compliance.
• Support payroll, budgets, and resolution of pay issues.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety culture across operations.
