Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field.
• 1 year involvement in extra-curricular activities that demonstrate leadership skills.
• 1 year internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with customers on operations.
• Lead team meetings to monitor progress and recognize successes.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in the team.
• Ensure health, safety and security initiatives are followed.
• Analyze customer reporting and financial data for improvements.
• Learn financial aspects and onboard new hires.
