Job summary

Novelis is seeking a Logistics Leader to oversee the Oswego network and lead automotive fleet operations from Atlanta or Novi. You will drive efficient, cost-effective movement of ingot, coils, scrap, and finished goods across the network, coordinating with multiple plants and carriers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in supply chain or logistics, with strong data analysis, communication, and teamwork skills to influence cross-functional partners and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies for timely, cost-effective material movement.
• Plan and support improvement projects using data analytics and freight market insights.
