Job summary

Novelis is seeking a Senior Manager, Logistics & Tolling in Atlanta to lead regional and global sourcing for OTR transportation, rail, warehousing, and tolling. You will develop strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost savings across the supply chain.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills, with experience in large-scale procurement and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work in the Atlanta area is offered, with a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar required.
• 5-10 years of sourcing or procurement experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience in negotiation and commercial terms management.
• Strong quantitative, project management, and data analysis skills.
• Highly effective communications at all levels of the organization; ability to influence in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional and global sourcing strategies for Over-the-road transportation, rail, warehousing, and tolling.
• Ensure security and competitive supply of strategic non-metal demands to feed regional operations; support growth and minimize costs.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships and manage supply chain risk; monitor markets and tariff barriers.
• Negotiate and manage regional contracts; ensure compliance with global agreements.
• Collaborate with global and regional procurement teams to improve value for Novelis; partner with Purchasing on timely, quality deliveries.
• Lead supplier relationship management initiatives and drive cost-to-ownership savings.
