Job summary

Plicards is seeking a Logistics Lead to coordinate daily Receiving/Warehouse operations in our Nevada facility. You will supervise the team, organize workflows, verify incoming materials, and ensure accurate labeling, staging, and storage. This role supports inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse movement.

You will work with internal departments, provide day-to-day direction, resolve issues, and escalate when needed while maintaining safety and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in receiving, warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material-handling operations.
• Previous lead or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily receiving, staging, storage, and warehouse activities.
• Organize and prioritize daily workloads for Receiving/Warehouse team members.
• Provide day-to-day direction and support to employees within the department.
• Receive and verify incoming materials, products, and jobs for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure received materials are properly labeled, staged, stored, and moved to the appropriate locations.
• Coordinate material movement between the warehouse and internal departments.
• Monitor inventory levels, storage locations, and material movement.
• Track received materials and investigate and resolve receiving or inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate receiving, inventory, and warehouse records and documentation.
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory-control activities as needed.
• Identify workflow or operational issues and communicate concerns to management.
• Support process improvements related to warehouse efficiency, accuracy, organization, and inventory control.
• Ensure team members follow established safety procedures, company policies, and department processes.
• Assist with training and onboarding new Receiving/Warehouse team members as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

The Logistics Lead is responsible for supporting and coordinating the daily operations of the Receiving/Warehouse area. This position serves as a working lead for the team, helping organize daily workflow, receive and verify incoming materials, coordinate staging and storage, monitor inventory movement, and ensure materials are handled accurately and efficiently.

The Logistics Lead works closely with warehouse personnel and internal departments to support inventory accuracy, timely material movement, and efficient warehouse operations. This role provides day-to-day direction to team members, assists with resolving operational issues, and escalates more significant concerns to management as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred.


• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in receiving, warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material-handling operations.


• Previous lead or team-lead experience preferred.


• Strong knowledge of receiving, inventory, warehouse, and material-handling processes.


• Ability to coordinate workflow and provide day-to-day direction to team members.


• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.


• Experience working with warehouse, inventory, or ERP systems preferred.
