Salary: $81,216 - $101,520 plus annual target bonus

Support superior customer service and drive profitable growth as the Logistics Lead Planner – Field Service by developing tactical plans that optimize processes across Field Service, Full-Service Operations, Distribution, and Sales while fostering a culture of Operational Excellence and continuous improvement
Ensure Logistics Planners develop tactical field service plans to maximize productivity, minimize equipment downtime, and deliver superior customer service
Provide planning or dispatch coverage for the field service/customer care team to maintain operational efficiency
Support workload balancing between the development of annual strategic plans and the daily execution of tactical plans to optimize team performance
Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure alignment with Go to Market strategies and identify future improvement opportunities
Manage and achieve key performance metrics that demonstrate departmental effectiveness and alignment with corporate objectives while identifying new business opportunities
Evaluate and resolve potential problems during project implementation, coordinating team goals and project schedules to keep workflow on track
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience
