Job summary

IPG is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead cross-functional efforts in its Supply Chain team, aligning logistics programs with customer needs and corporate standards. The role focuses on data-driven improvements, risk assessment, and effective communication with stakeholders.

You will partner with engineering, field support and customer service to ensure reliable, scalable logistics solutions across products and services.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business or Supply Chain is required.
Five to seven years of planning, purchasing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
Experience supporting multiple business units and cross-functional teams.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, Word).
Broad experience in planning, purchasing, inventory management and logistics.
Strong leadership and analytical abilities; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve programs.
Develop and implement logistics strategies with timeline plans.
Assess risk and propose solutions for logistics initiatives.
Present KPIs and program updates to stakeholders.
Manage data supporting customers in engineering, safety and maintenance.
Coordinate with BD, field support and customer service to maintain relationships.
Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
