Job summary

Shyft Global Services, a TD SYNNEX Company, seeks a logistics lead to supervise and mentor in a multi-function Logistics Center, ensuring efficient order flow from receiving through shipping. You will utilize SAP-WMS, support SOPs, and help troubleshoot issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Overtime is required and safety is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Two years of high-volume logistics/warehouse experience for internal candidates.
• Five years of high-volume logistics center experience for external candidates.
• Lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delegates work to receiving, put-away, picking, packing, slotting and related tasks.
• Rotates staff between functions to meet workflow needs.
• Provides technical support and communicates across all levels.
• Trains and mentors employees as a SME.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Sigma, Kaizen, ISO).
• Maintains safe and clean working environment.
• Meets attendance and punctuality standards.
