Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to deploy customer orders and manage the DC shop floor using WMS to prevent bottlenecks and delays. You will supervise Lift Truck Operators, coordinate with site leadership, and ensure on-time waves and cross-dock opportunities.

Qualifications

• This role requires a BA/BS degree preferred or 3–5 years of experience in Distribution/Warehouse Logistics.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems is required or plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for daily supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, engage, coach and counsel Lift Truck Operators on the same shift.
• Monitor WMS/WCS efficiency and coordinate daily workflow with Site Leadership.
• Identify inefficiencies in replenishment, picking, put away and shipping.
• Balance labor, equipment and warehouse tasks; ensure timely wave releases.
• Manage load cut-offs, plan and execute waves and interleaving tasks in WMS.
