Job summary

Shyft Global Services, a TD SYNNEX Company, seeks a Prep Desk Specialist in Groveport, Ohio. This full-time role supports daily operations in the Logistics Center, coordinating shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order processing.

You will review and release work, resolve discrepancies, perform WMS transactions (SAP-WMS or similar), participate in cycle counts, and analyze data to improve workflow. Candidates need 3+ years in high-volume warehouses and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a high-volume warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
Advanced computer skills, including spreadsheets and databases.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP-WMS.

Responsibilities

Coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order processing in the Logistics Center.
Review, prioritize, and release work assignments to maximize efficiency.
Monitor daily order processing activities and identify workflow improvements.
Research and resolve order, inventory, and system discrepancies.
Perform system transactions in WMS to support inventory accuracy.
Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits and assist in process improvements.
