Qualifications

• Two years minimum lead/supervisory experience with six direct reports and ability to manage staff schedules.

Responsibilities

• Directs workflow and staff of assigned area in Materials Services.
• Monitors Translogic Computer Tube System operation and maintenance.
• Receives service requests from hospital departments and assigns to transport staff.
• Performs temporary shift supervisor responsibilities as needed.
• Completes special projects requested by shift supervisor.
• Maintains and updates inventory and back-up systems.
• Assists the SPD Manager in maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
• Oversees daily tasks to ensure timely service delivery.
• Supports staff in safety and compliance with regulations.
