Job summary

• Minimum education: high school diploma, college preferred.
• Experience with OR medical/surgical supplies and PAR levels is desirable.
• Familiarity with inventory, ordering, receiving, stocking processes.

Responsibilities

• Daily inventories, orders, and receipt of storeroom supplies for scheduled surgeries.
• Use QSight to review and change par levels to reduce inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in InFor and SIMS systems.
• Coordinate procurement of emergency supplies and vendor communications.
• Assist Accounts Payable with invoices and reconciliation.
• Ensure environment of care compliance and proper handling of implants.
