Responsibilities

• Ensure all logistics associates meet DOT and CMV requirements.
• Oversee the delivery of the product to the customer.
• Train new logistics associates on SGWS policies.
• Maintain the Road Net software.
• Maintain fleet safety and maintenance.
• Coach associates on performance via surveys.
• Identify opportunities for development and performance improvement.
• Participate in recruitment and hiring of logistics associates.
• Field calls and facilitate actions as necessary.
• Conduct monthly safety training per SGWS policy.
• Ensure accidents are reported according to policy.
• Communicate route changes daily.
• Monitor staffing levels daily.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
