Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a Logistics Lead for the 2nd shift (3:30PM - 12:00AM, Monday–Friday; weekend work required) to oversee material movement, supervise a team, and ensure safe, efficient loading at docks.

You will train staff, enforce GMPs, manage inventory, and coordinate with production while keeping areas clean and organized. Forklift operation and FIFO understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of FIFO product rotation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the direct operation of material movement.
• Train and motivate employees in work standards.
• Operate forklift to load ingredients and packaging onto trucks.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Enforce GMPs and company policies at all times.
• Assign and direct employees at their stations and monitor performance.
• Assist in inventory control and reporting; suggest improvements.
