Qualifications

• One year of full-time experience in stockroom/warehouse or related role involving purchasing, receiving, disbursing, and accounting for equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, inspect, stock, distribute, and maintain inventory of fire, EMS, rescue, PPE, and operational supplies and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to support readiness.
• Track expiration dates, recalls, and storage requirements and rotate stock as needed.
• Maintain records for requisition, inventory, purchasing, distribution, and accountability.
• Coordinate with staff and vendors on service needs and delivery of materials.
• Drive fire department apparatus for relocation, delivery, or to repair vendors.
• Assist with training personnel in the proper use of new equipment and chemicals.
