Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Cycle Counter to support inventory accuracy in our Indianapolis-area warehouse. You will count inventory, verify quantities, record discrepancies, and help ensure customer orders ship complete and on time.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck and Dock Stocker.
• A minimum of 6 months experience in Inventory Control including cycle counts and reporting inventory discrepancies.
• At least 6 months experience with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) or similar systems such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the periodic and accurate counting of inventory to help control errors and ensure orders are on time and complete.
• Check that orders are accurately counted and labeled, and that inventory data matches physical stock.
• Research inventory location problems (mystery pallets, discrepancies) and assist with correcting stock levels.
• Assist in inbound/outbound processes and ensure damage-free product handling.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred

6 months warehousing/material handling experience, preferred
