Job summary

Elevated Property Services is seeking a Warehouse & Materials Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, oversee inventory, and ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites across the portfolio. The role interfaces with Technicians, Supervisors, and Planner-Coordinators to anticipate material needs and maintain organized, compliant stock levels.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with accurate inventory counts, labeling, documentation, and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation, organization, cleanliness, and security of the warehouse and shop store.
• Maintain the SDS library for all materials and ensure proper labeling and storage of hazardous materials.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, tools, and supplies against POs and packing slips.
• Identify and document damaged or incomplete shipments and coordinate resolution with vendors.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for warehouse, shop-store, and vehicle stock; monitor levels and reorder points.
• Coordinate with Technicians and Supervisors to ensure materials are available before scheduled work.
