Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking a Material Specialist to manage inventory, prepare shipments, and support project logistics in a warehouse environment. You will coordinate receiving, packing and staging, ensuring accurate counts and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory records, performing cycle counts, and assisting with shipping paperwork. This role requires attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or demonstrated experience.
• Fork Lift Certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience with inventory systems and warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staging, receiving, packing, shipping and tracking packages.
• Monitor project shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Receive and distribute packages to New Era Technology personnel.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
