Job summary

MRC Global US Inc in Long Beach is seeking a Warehouse Associate to maintain stocked inventory and support deliveries. You will pull materials from bins, load trucks, scan data, and keep the inventory database accurate.

This position requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and ability to operate forklift or heavy equipment as needed. Safety policies apply; overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a current, valid driver's license and an acceptable record.
• Ability to learn MRC Global warehouse operations and processes.
• Typing and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials from vendor trucks.
• Inspect materials for quality requirements.
• Stock materials to shelves and bins accurately by location.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Transfer materials to shops or modification areas.
• Assemble and package customer orders per requirements.
• Pull orders for delivery and stock-to-stock transfers.
• Load onto trucks or transfer to packing areas using forklift or heavy equipment.
• Prepare documentation for shipments (UPS, LTL, SH, Air Shipments).
• Uphold safety policies and maintain OSHA-compliant cleanliness.
• Report hazards or injuries and perform other duties as assigned.
