Job summary

Frasle Mobility in Prattville, AL is seeking a Logistics/Inventory Coordinator to support the Prattville facility and customers. You will manage the flow of materials, enter data into the warehouse system, and help keep inventories accurate through cycle counts.

The role includes creating shipping paperwork, tracking shipments, and presenting KPI data in spreadsheets and charts. Proficiency with Excel and strong organizational skills are required to collaborate across departments for on-time

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, material or warehousing preferred.
• Ability to collect, organize, and present KPI data in spreadsheets and charts.
• Willingness to work on-site in Prattville, AL.

Responsibilities

• Support the logistics of all shipments between Fras-le and customers.
• Track shipments and respond to customer requests.
• Create shipping paperwork in SAP B1 (invoice, packing slip, bill of lading).
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery and KPI reporting.
